As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clientele within a retail setting


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers within a retail setting to address questions, resolve issues, and provide helpful information.
  • Staying uptodate on our products and promotions to better assist customers with their needs.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure the best experience for the customer.
  • Crafting personalized sales pitches to meet individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking to ensure seamless transactions.
Key qualifications and attributes for a Customer Service Representative are as follows:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. (No experience required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
  • A genuine passion to help and serve customers, with a focus on ensuring their satisfaction and building positive relationships.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Having eagerness to learn and grow within a fast paced environment.
