We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the business by ensuring efficient operation of the office.

In this role you will provide support through a variety of tasks related to organization and customer communication and be responsible to handling confidential and time-sensitive material.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Provide pricing and apparel/promotional recommendations to clients
• Act as a liaison to our customers, providing excellent customer service
• Enter orders into shop management software
• Place daily orders through company vendors
• Ship out customer orders via UPS
• Attend trade shows and expos, as needed
• Assist shop production, as needed
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to get you back and forth to work

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
