We know our recipe for success at Fourth is our amazing team... and that starts with hiring the right peopleInterested in joining our smart, fun, and talented team?We are hiring a Customer Marketing Manager here at Fourth The person in this role will work closely across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success Teams to strengthen and build relationships with Fourth customers. Specifically, this person will be responsible for · developing communications programs to keep customers informed about new products and offerings, · building and executing cross-sell programs in partnership with the demand generation team, · planning and executing on customer advisory events, · driving engagement throughout our customer community

    The Role. . .

  • Develop customer-centric communications strategies and craft compelling content to engage customers in Fourth news, initiatives, and events
  • Collaborate with customer success team to identify customers to capture powerful stories about the impact of Fourth products and services on their organizations
  • Bring these stories to life via written case studies, testimonials, fireside chats, videos and more
  • Work with product marketing to build programs for introducing new products and services to relevant customers, creating sales opportunities that also help customers solve their problems
  • Lead the development and execution of customer engagement events, including roundtables, user groups, and customer advisory sessions
  • Identify KPIs, measure and report on customer marketing activities so we can test and iterate

    • The Ideal Candidate. . .

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an enterprise/ SaaS environment
  • Customer marketing experience and/or role with deep engagement with customers
  • Writing and editing skills with examples – articles, emails, blog posts
  • Experience in Project Management: defining requirements, scoping of project, planning activities
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
