- Content & Collateral Production: Lead the creation of powerful marketing materials that bolster our sales efforts and partner initiatives, including case studies and persuasive pitch decks.
- Measurement & Optimization: Set key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to boost results.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 3+ years in Product Marketing, preferably with experience in the healthcare or employer benefits sector.
- You are a strategic thinker characterized by analytical prowess and a robust portfolio of successful multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
- You are results-driven, anchored by a strong data-analytic approach, with meticulous attention to detail.

As our Product Marketing [Add role], you will lead the strategic positioning of our solutions targeting the employer market, health plans, and the leave of absence space. Additionally, you will be tasked with deepening market understanding, crafting compelling messaging, and leading cutting-edge go-to-market strategies that resonate with our specific audiences.
We love collaborating here at Wellthy and in this role you will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams.
You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer.

Location:
This is a fully remote position. Our Wellthians are located throughout the United States but we are currently not accepting candidates in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
