    Job Description

    Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-marketing (GTM) strategy for our products. You will develop positioning, messaging, and content based on competitive information, market context, and industry analysis. You will partner with all Marketing functions, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales and Sales Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, Customer Success, and Leadership to understand our target clients and develop GTM strategies, content, and campaigns designed to drive marketing influenced pipeline and revenue for the company.

    This role requires a growth mindset, constantly consuming and understanding market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, buyer trends, and campaign results – and deriving actionable insights for marketing, product, and sales teams. We're looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that has a passion for marketing and can translate complex solutions into sellable, revenue-generating products. The right person is a great storyteller, highly articulate, excels at project management, and can collaborate cross-functionally—ensuring alignment across product, marketing, enablement, sales, customer success, and ultimately the whole organization.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Market Research

    • Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in our target industries
    • Collect competitive intelligence by analyzing competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies
    • Connect with customers about their product experience and extract insights into challenges faced, solutions provided, and the impact of our product on their business

    Positioning, Messaging, & Content

    • Develop and lead positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the buying audience and produce the source materials for teams to utilize
    • Partner with Sr. Product Marketing Manager to develop content strategy
    • Develop briefs and create content including case studies, blog posts, e-books, battlecards, web page content, and other marketing and sales enablement collateral to showcase our solutions
    • Optimize content for SEO, in conjunction with internal team and external agencies

    Release Marketing & Campaign Management

    • Partner with product and marketing function team leads to align business strategy, growth priorities, client objectives, and buyers. Translate these priorities into highly relevant and engaging marketing campaigns and activities.
    • Manage launch planning and orchestrate the execution of the commercial release of a product and any related modules, features, and functionality

    Analytics and Reporting

    • Monitor content performance using Seismic and with other analytics tools
    • Support the analysis of data related to lead generation, opportunity creation, conversation rates and identify trends
    • Create reports and overviews to share with key stakeholders
    • Provide insights and actionable steps to refine and optimize product marketing and content strategy
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Multi-discipline B2B/SaaS marketing experience across digital, events, content, and sales enablement
    • Leadership and management experience in overseeing cross-disciplinary teams and vendors
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to confidently lead discussions
    • Experience presenting to both large and small audiences (executives, company-wide presentations)
    • Proven history of leadership-level stakeholder alignment
    • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Proven analytical skills to use data to make decisions, assess, and measure impact
    • Demonstrated aptitude to learn complex topics and pivot fast to changing requirements
    • Comfortable being both a player and a coach
    • Fluent in English

    Preferred

    • Experience with Seismic
    • Experience with SEO
    • Experience with industry-specific content (manufacturing, foodservice equipment, fluid handling, food and beverage processing, furniture, facilities planning)
