- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation, and scalability measures within the digital marketing function.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM and paid channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, LinkedIn Ads, ABM Platforms, Etc.) and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment and drive decisions with little direction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
