- Establish and manage our agency management function (IMO/FMO, independent)
- Partner with multiple teams including underwriting, operations, compliance, actuarial, analytics, claims, and legal
- Identify and vet potential agents and IMO / FMOs agency partners
- Help build a culture of innovation
- 10+ years life and annuity insurance carrier experience
- 5+ years demonstrated success as internal wholesaler
- BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success influencing others to achieve sales goals
- Extensive knowledge of life and annuity products
- State insurance licenses
- Effective presentation skills

Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Director - Internal Wholesaler
You will lead Sons of Norway's internal wholesale function. As an internal wholesaler, you will be the key resource to our sales associates. As the wholesale team leader, you will define our sales desk capability. You will shape our insurance sales strategy for the future.
You will be responsible for achieving our sales goals and defining measurements of success. You must be personable, detail oriented and motivated by goal achievement. You will partner with our internal team members as well as external sales professionals to achieve results. You will be a part of a team of individuals transforming a 128-year-old institution into the fastest growing fraternal in the US.
