    Description
    Walker Methodist Care Suites, part of the award-winning Walker Methodist family of communities,seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategies of the Campus


    Sales duties include:
    achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy, maintain an active Neighbors on Deck program (wait list), building relationships with prospects and nurturing through defined sales process, referral development, achieving and exceeding sales conversion goals and managing the sales database


    Marketing duties include:
    developing and implementing the annual marketing plan.

    Walker Methodist Care Suitesprovides 72 apartments offering expert care and services to residents.

    We serve individuals who need higher levels of assisted living and we are specifically designed to provide around-the-clock continuous care for long-term residents.


    Salary range:
    up to $72K annually, with powerful commission planMinimum qualifications:Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or relatedMinimum of three years of sales experienceExperience in assisted living setting requiredFinesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of sellingProven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trustGenuine interest in interaction with older adults and their familiesSelf-motivated, driven, highly innovative and growth-focused attitudePersonal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customersStrong computer skillsWholeheartedly embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaborationCompetitive Salary, Health Benefits, and Bonus ProgramAffirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer
