    Job Summary

    The Regional Sales Director will embody the essence of Barrette Outdoor Living in the North Central region, representing the MoistureShield, RDI, Barrette Outdoor Living, and Duralife range of products. In this role, you will be promoting composite decking, fencing, railings, pergolas, lighting, and decorative accents. The role involves collaborating closely with the Sales Team and establishing methods to enhance two-step distribution, dealer, and pull-through sales. Candidates for the Regional Sales Director position can reside anywhere within the designated territory.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Leading, recruiting, and overseeing a team of Territory Sales Managers
    • Accountable for steering the strategic direction of the territory and achieving corporate objectives
    • Nurturing and overseeing distribution partnerships across a multi-state territory
    • Enhancing and guiding the assigned territory to boost sales at retail lumber yards and aiding with PK'S and special orders of MoistureShield, RDI, Barrette Outdoor Living, and Duralife products throughout the territory
    • Directing and coordinating sales activities using Salesforce
    • Acting as the face of MoistureShield, RDI, Barrette Outdoor Living, and Duralife products, and participating in trade home shows to present our product range
    • Investigating and, if necessary, resolving customer issues to fortify the bond between the customer and the local store
    • Acting as a liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units
    • Compiling regular sales reports indicating sales volume, potential sales, and regions for potential client base expansion
    • Assessing and appraising the operations and products of competitors

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Sales leadership, Account Management, or related fields
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
    • Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong understanding of Excel and ERP systems
