    Description


    Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team.



    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

    The Director of Sales develops a strategic vision and objectives to find potential new markets and business possibilities to support sales goals and ongoing sales growth.

    The responsibilities will encompass marketing, sales, and business development, with a focus on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and managing a team.



    Your responsibilities will include:
    Develop and execute strategic sales and market development plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
    Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up and qualify leads in the pipeline.
    Works with sales team within DCC for new customer leads.
    Driving revenue growth and net margin to help us achieve and exceed our goals.
    Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    Synthesize information and leverage data-driven arguments to make and guide informed decisions.
    Identify existing and future growth market opportunities to maximize top-line and market share position.
    Identify new prospects, product development opportunities, and market trends.
    Work closely with internal teams and external collaborators to explore and execute business development opportunities.
    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercialization efforts.
    Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and performance.
    Responsible for annual budget and three-year planningpipeline business & pricing of feasibility


    Other Duties and Responsibilities:
    Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.


    Safety Protocol:
    Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
    Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
    Support safety policies and programs.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    Provides leadership and direction to the Business Development team.
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

    Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems.

    Qualifications:

    Education / Experience / Certifications:
    A bachelors degree in business, or similar field preferred.
    A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership with a track record of successful leadership experience.
    Familiarity or prior experience in the Nutraceutical, Food/Beverage industry, or packaging experience highly preferred.
    An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.


    Skills Required:
    Proven track record of successfully developing new markets, growing sales and enhancing profitability.
    Computer familiarity is a requirement, particularly with Microsoft Office Programs, CRM Systems and ERP Systems.
    Effective communication skills and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork.
    Strong leadership/management skills including the ability to coach/mentor the Sales Team.
    Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
    Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing and fast paced environment.
    Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
    Must value operating in a collaborative work environment.
    Capable of interaction at all levels of the organization.
