    Office Services Assistant with an emphasis on Print and Mailroom needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in NYC

    $22 per hour Monday to Friday. Training will me 8am to 5pm then will switch to 10am to 7pm

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Excellent computer skills
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle print projects from start to finish, including receiving, clarifying client needs, producing proofs, and completing projects on time
    • Maintain inventory of print room supplies
    • Sort inbound mail and parcels, log accountable mail and packages, and process outbound USPS and accountable mail
    • Process weekly pouch mail for other client locations and maintain daily logs of inbound and outbound volume activity
    • Check and restock supplies in designated pantries, load/unload dishes, monitor dishwasher status, wipe down counters and touch points, and clean coffee machines
    • Check printers for issues, wipe platen glass, restock copy areas with paper, check ink and paper levels, and order consumables for print fleet
    • Conduct daily inventory of supplies in designated copy rooms and weekly inventory of office supplies, replenishing as needed and placing orders through procurement for replenishment, with special orders requiring procurement and office manager approval
