We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
