The Service Billing Specialist for Cytiva is responsible accurate management of invoicing for services and contracts.

This position is part of the Service Operations Team located in United States and will be
remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Managing the status of accounts and balances, identifying inconsistencies including Issuing bills, receipts, and invoices.
Interact with business partners and internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements and nonstandard requests to fit within current business structure.
Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with customers and Cytiva staff

Who you are:

High School degree or equivalent experience
Invoicing billing experience and managing disputes (basic understanding with contract billing)
Experience working effectively across functional departments to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Microsoft Office, Oracle, Salesforce
Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously, Ability to make commitments, track and communicate progress, and follow through until completion (Project Management skills)

The hourly range for this position is $24-$26.50/hr.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
