Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on our clients' experiences.

Responsibilities:

Communicating and confirming Service Visits with clients.
Sending daily reports to clients.
Proactively reaching out to clients with service offers.
Occasionally meeting with clients on the job site.
Managing client accounts and making sure proper paperwork is in place.
Invoicing clients / Following up on outstanding invoices.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
