The Client Services Specialist will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to oversee incoming payments, generate reports, and contribute to analytical decision-making processes aimed at fostering departmental growth.

This collaborative effort will provide exposure to financial management principles within the context of legal operations, offering the opportunity to develop critical analytical skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)

High School Diploma/GED
Able to work in a fastpaced environment
Able to handle a high volume of work independently and in teams

Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce experience
Experience working in an office
Data Analysis

- +2 years of Customer Service Experience

Bachelor's degree in administration

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
