    Description

    Seeking Help Desk Technicians with work with a reputable, high-education client. This is a 6 month contract, onsite opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by faculty, staff, and students.
    • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
    • Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and address technical problems efficiently.
    • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software systems according to established guidelines.

    Must-Have:

    • Troubleshooting experience with hardware and networking issues
    • Experience with installing, deploying equipment
