- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of cost accounting and/or finance experience
- Experience using data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or something similar
- Sales and supply chain experience
- Foundational knowledge of accounting
- Strong in systems

- Annual budgeting and reforecasting
- Analyze budget to actuals
- Financial reporting, interpretation, and provide recommendations on business initiatives
- Assist with pricing
- Review and evaluate cost-reduction
- Assist with system implementation and process improvement projects
