Job Title: Land Logistics Coordinator

Rotational Schedule: 5/2

Work Site: Santa Barbra, CA (Must live nearby)

Pay Range: $30.00 to $40.00 (Hourly)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory Leadership: Act as the on-site leader, offering guidance and support to the team.
  • Logistical Planning: Coordinate movements of goods, materials, and supplies efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures for product standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with service and sales teams to maintain client relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on key performance indicators.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of logistics experience
  • Proficient in Excel and multitasking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
