    MCL is looking for a seasoned sales professional to represent our brand selling decor services to large commercial and government entities. This extremely lucrative opportunity provides great income while utilizing creativity, to immerse yourself in the festive spirit, year-round.     Job Description:

    • Create an annual sales strategy plan based on sales data and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
    • Research, contact and organize all sales leads/contacts in CRM
    • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, email communications, as well as other sales and marketing activities done by Employee
    • Create sales presentations with design team and estimates quotes using ET/MCL software
    • Follow up with clients on open potentials/quotes
    • Complete site walk-though to provide quality controls after installation is completed to ensure the installation was done correctly.

    Requirements

    • Polished sales professional with 4+ years of B2B and B2G experience in sales.
    • Excellent listener and communicator
    • Detail oriented and tech savvy
    • 4+ years of experience in cold calling and lead generation
    • Valid driver's license and dedicated vehicle for site visits
