- Build and manage strategic lists of prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach and experiment with a set of compelling value propositions
- Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions
- Collaborate closely with Sales Team members to schedule customer meetings
- Reporting metrics of lead generation through Salesforce and other platforms as needed
- Maintain consistent conversion rates within target account lists
- At least completed high school level education, advanced education preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience
- Highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter
- Avid learner
- Extremely organized
- A clear communicator with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with customers from all around the world
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, preferred

This position's responsibility is to drive huge impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. A Business Development Representative is instrumental in increasing revenues by finding new customers and maximizing outbound lead-to-demo conversion rate as the face of the company.

Expected base salary range:
Depending on location and experience of candidate: $45,000-50,000 plus sales incentive.
