The BDR Manager of the Built for Construction (B4C) Sales Team will lead business solutions and professional development for the Business Development Representative team. The manager will develop talent within, drive pipeline and lead generation, provide training/certifications, coach deal progression, and frontline ownership, plus report on progress to company leadership. **In this Role, You Will:**

    Build a predictable revenue machine

    Build out KPI goals supported by metrics

    Leverage team performance data to improve team output to achieve KPIs and Quotas

    Design and adhere to the professional goals for team

    Create a timeline & guided track toward Account Executive

    Ensure accurate forecasting of Pipeline and Opportunity management

    Report results and priorities to executive leadership

    Support and facilitate the building of pipeline through outbound business development strategy

    Create processes for prospecting, targeting and qualifying targets

    Develop proper artifacts that govern account transitions and supportive tracks for the BDR and AE relationship.

    Manage the BDR and AE relationships

    Maintain strong understanding of customer and market trends

    Work closely with of other client-facing teams

    Ensure smooth handoff to AEs and business and operationalize this

    Provide feedback loop to marketing about successful lead gen strategies

    Coach and develop talent

    Coach, motivate, hold team members accountable

    Take a hands-on approach including shadowing, metric analysis, and taking the lead on training initiatives and certifications

    Create a Milestone Map that guides development of BDR skillset - track toward AE or leadership in pipeline generation

    Enable successful selling, process, and operation

    Hold one-one meetings and team trainings to constantly encourage growth trajectories (Provide positive and/or constructive feedback on a regular basis)

    Embrace Builts mission and become proficient with our industry, products, and services

    Successfully recruit, hire, and train new team members

    + Build and expand team

    **Qualifications:**

    Lead through authenticity, trust, and integrity

    Experience:

    + Bachelors degree

    + A track record of exceeding growth targets (quota, key performance indicators)

    + Experience in financial services or construction industries is preferred but not required
