- Your role will be responsible for interviewing, hiring of entry-level and seasoned sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to be a successful Sales Representative.
- You will own the coaching and development initiatives, you'll drive both new recruits and seasoned sales representatives to excel, thereby driving revenue.
- Working together closely with sales representatives, you'll strategize on account management approaches aimed at maximizing revenue opportunities.
- You'll establish and maintain a culture of accountability within the team, ensuring that daily activities align with strategic objectives and produce tangible results.
- It will be your responsibility to uphold the highest standards of integrity among team members, fostering an ethical and transparent work environment.
- Primarily based in-office, travel is a component and may be required to meet with prospects and clients.
- You'll closely monitor sales reports, identify trends and market conditions, and promptly communicate progress to the Executive Team
- A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience is required
- Demonstrated proficiency in presentation skills is essential. Experience in the logistics or business services industry is preferred.
