    Executive Assistant to Founding Partners, Boutique Global Private Equity Firm, NYC

    A boutique global private equity firm in New York City is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founding partners of the firm with all things administrative. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working at a P/E or investment firm and has a very team -oriented attitude and cares overall in helping the firm's success. The firm has approximately 15 employees. This is an in-person position 5 days a week but from Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a work at home option on Fridays. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in finance/Private equity and has supported high- level busy executives in the C-Suite, preferably a CEO, Principal or Founder.

    About the Job:

    ̈ Support the Founding Partners as a "right hand gatekeeper" with all day-to-day matters managing a complex ever changing calendar

    ̈ Organize international and domestic travel arrangements and detailed itineraries

    ̈ Manage expenses for the team

    ̈ Assist with planning the annual meeting as well as advisory board meetings; prepare collateral materials, reports and agenda's; Excellent Excel skills required

    ̈ Prepare information/research for founders, as needed

    ̈ Be the "go to" in the small office for the executive management team

    ̈ Salary plus discretionary bonus;1 00% paid health benefits for Employee

    About You:

    ̈ Five years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite Executive, preferably in the private equity space

    ̈ Bachelor's Degree

    ̈ Ability to deal with high level executives and clients and manage those relationships with diplomacy

    ̈ Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly; very pro-active

    ̈ High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence

    ̈ Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; Experience using Excel a MUST

    ̈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ̈ A team player with a positive "can do, no job too small" attitude and an interest in their overall business
