The site's audience of over 6 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films and a weekly mix series that has run for 18 years.


Purpose:


This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level position to have an immediate impact by supporting our North America team of Partnership Managers and external partners.

This person will be responsible for supporting our existing partners in North America across the music industry; promoters, venue owners, festivals, labels, tech brands and agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our partnership managers by providing daytoday service to our partners across North America
  • Provide support across our whole product offering: event services, ticketing, media, technology, content etc.
  • Maintain relationships with our partners across the electronic music industry.
  • Showcase and share knowledge about the full scope of new/existing RA products
  • Managing key partner onsales, announcements and delivery of events.
  • Assisting with elements of the sales process (e.g. preparing presentations, data reports, joining client meetings).
  • Answering and advising general support queries from partners.

We're looking for:

  • 1 year of experience in a clientfacing role.
  • Someone with attention to detail who is able to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our service and platform.
  • A passion and understanding of electronic music culture is fundamental.
  • Track record of effective communication, both personal and digital.
  • Outgoing personality who loves building relationships.
