Position Description:

Position Responsibilities:

• Draft project documents for client and internal teams, including creative briefs, relevant sections of SOWs, supporting scope documents, and change orders.
• Attend and participate in client meetings; record and maintain detailed meeting notes and client call reports.
• Track budgets and schedule (along with project managers), and review with client on a regular basis.
• Ensure proper & timely client billing and other provide additional administrative support.
• Assist with developing client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal resources to understand the clients business, brand, and marketing, to contribute ideas.
• Contribute to strategic and creative documents and assist teams in tactical direction.
• Proactively research client brand and customer needs.
• Review marketing results and assist in presenting them to the client.
