Role Overview

In this role, you will:

Maximize sales by delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history
Provide every customer an elevated and unmatched experience that is uniquely Flight Club
Greet, acknowledge and assist customers throughout their consumer journey
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall store success
Ensure all sales floor standards are maintained
Consistently seek new sneaker fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert to the customers
Work professionally and build positive relationships with clients and team members
Support the scheduling needs of the business, ensuring that all time and attendance policies are met
Assist in executing operational tasks to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning
Be a representation of GOAT Groups core values inside/outside of the workplace

We are looking for:

At least 13 years in a customer facing role
Ability to relate and identify with Flight Club values
An approachable, good listener, and an enthusiastic brand representative
An effective and quick problemsolver with a keen attention to detail
Positive attitude with a "no task too small or too large" mentality
Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals
Knowledge and passion for sneaker and streetwear fashion
