    Description

    Seeking an Architectural PM to be part of an in-house Real Estate and Planning team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience across a multitude of project sectors, including healthcare, higher-ed and commercial. This person will be responsible for overseeing the design & execution of capital projects, managing consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while delivering within budget and on schedule.

    Majority of project scope is interiors-driven, although there will be some new development projects managed, in conjunction with the development and construction team. This role will report directly into a Senior Manager and require on-site presence in Manhattan, 3 days a week.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in architecture or engineering preferred
    • Experience seeing interiors projects through from design through CA
    • Experience managing consultants and leading project coordination efforts
    • Strong technical acumen on how design translates into construction, with the ability to have strong input from a QA/QC perspective
    • Understanding of local NYC code
