Our client's Global Innovation team is at the forefront of shaping the dynamic spirits industry.

Based in New York, they are seeking a seasoned
Project Manager to drive innovation across a diverse portfolio of brands.

As a Project Manager, you'll collaborate with a global team to bring innovative ideas to life, from conception to commercialization.

This role offers ample opportunities for growth and the chance to make a significant impact in the spirits industry.

Responsibilities:

Elevate project management standards to support the Innovation team's vision, ensuring alignment with local and global market needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, track KPIs, and manage resources to drive successful outcomes.
Lead crossfunctional teams, manage agency partners, and provide support across critical innovation projects.
Take ownership of key projects from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Drive alignment among stakeholders, foster collaboration with brand companies, and creatively solve challenges to keep projects on track.
Integrate consumer insights into project management processes, influencing culture to prioritize consumer needs throughout the innovation journey.
Foster strong collaboration across teams, sharing best practices and insights with international counterparts.
Collaborate with Marketing Teams, Management Entities, HQ, and local and global brand companies.
Adhere to project budgets and contribute to P&L responsibilities.
Minimal travel required.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Project Management qualifications essential (Six Sigma, Scrum Master, PMI, or equivalent).
Minimum of 6+ years project management experience in spirits/beverages or CPG industries, with demonstrated success in driving innovation projects from concept to launch.
Experience with agile methodologies and global project management is highly desirable.
