Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead complex, high profile projects delivering work with a high degree of quality
- Deliver informative, wellorganized presentations and understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives
- Adhere to policies, procedures, security practices, project schedules & deadlines, and general IT best practices
- Plan, execute and oversee projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage resource allocation within the project teams
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional managers, department heads and external partners
SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Experience in managing relationships with software vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements
- Knowledge of project management methodologies to effectively prioritize, plan and manage projects related to the portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a meaningful way
- Ability to inspire by setting a clear vision, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Ability to work across multiple business domains showing understanding of their unique needs
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and see them through to resolution
- Drive to constantly make improvements and proactively seek opportunities for optimization
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus across disparate stakeholders
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess, interpret and act on complex data and trends
- Project management experience, including project prioritization and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams
- Prior experience in the realestate industry is desirable
EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- PMP certified is desired
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Preferred Experience with Asana or other Project Management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, SharePoint
- Awareness of cloud platforms and services
