Overview:
2-3 tears of experience in the IT industry as a project manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Conduct requirements gathering and create detailed project plans
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Implement and maintain project management processes and tools
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Proficiency in project management software tools like Redmine, Agile, Basecamp, and Project Server
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in process management and requirements gathering
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
