We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing workflow of CRM projects. Handles CRM campaigns and/or smaller projects end-to-end, such as scheduling/timeline creative development and management, and talent resourcing.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage small to midsized projects independently, ensuring all project tasks are accomplished timely, accurately and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.
  • Responsible for internal project tasks project and resource scheduling, campaign status tracking, change management requests, risk assessment/management.
  • Anticipate, identify, and communicate issues/risks and seek partnership/guidance from fellow Project Management team to assist in mitigating any issues.
  • Assess project needs, prioritize, streamline and set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables with working team, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies; suggest/implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience or transferrable skills in project management; preferably in a fastpaced agency environment
  • Digital marketing process experience; specifically, omnichannel preferred
  • Strong communication and attention to detail with the ability to multitask, crossfunctionally.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, particularly in conjunction with workflow steps and internal processes
  • Positive, teamplayer attitude with strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus.
