    Responsibilities● Office Operations:
    Manage day-to-day office tasks, including maintaining supplies, overseeing administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office


    • Dispatcher:
    Coordinate schedules for technicians and support staff to optimize efficiency and ensure timely customer service


    • Customer Service Excellence:
    Be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing top-notch service to our valued customers


    • Team Support:
    Collaborate with the field team to facilitate effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment


    • Financial Management:
    Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping to support the financial health of the office.

    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of Office Management experience
    • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Salary: $52,000 annually
