Kristopher McDowell, founder of KMP Artists has produced over 1,300 performances and residencies in 17 countries with an emphasis on Asia and the Americas. He has been involved with and/or led major tours of commercial concerts including Mariah Carey; Molly Ringwald, and major dance companies such as The Scottish Ballet and West Australian Ballet.

For Chinese artists he had led strategic planning and tours for Beijing Dance Theater; Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center; GuGu Drum Group and more. In the United States he is invested in various productions on Broadway including the current production of MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG starring Daniel Radcliffe. 

As Founding Partner for Rhizome Consulting, Kristopher pioneered the launch and continued managing of this consulting firm, supporting clients in the Arts & Entertainment industry on optimal strategies for venue and event management, marketing, fundraising, and income diversification for private resorts as well as civic and municipalities. 

McDowell is also a former faculty Professor for the American Music and Dramatic Arts Center for both performance; producing and arts management. 

Prior to co-founding Rhizome Consulting, Kristopher achieved over two decades of experience across Executive Leadership, Cross Industry Innovation, Revenue Growth, Fundraising, Strategic Planning/Execution, and Marketing roles with KMP Artists, Illawarra Performing Arts Centre, American Musical and Dramatic Academy, RUTHLESS!
