Justin Amomoy

I am a successful student, current college freshman, who has faced challenges time and time again but ultimately prevailed, each time gaining new skills, sharpened talents, mind, body, and even strengthened morals. I've graduated high school with an associates degree and with a 4.0 GPA, earning me the third ranked spot and suma cum laude title. I'm adobe and photoshop certified as well as a talented artist, winning the titles, Reserve Grand Champion my sophomore year of high school and Lot 32 in the auction phase my junior year. Throughout my high school career I've participated in many clubs and activities that would help grow and provide me the knowledge, skills, and experience to comfortably transition into the real world. For instance, the National Honor Society, and DECA are two particular clubs that have given me experience volunteering at multiple charity cases, getting my hands dirty by moving, organizing, and rearranging items, goods, products and boxes, as well as improving my vocal and teamwork skills. Speaking of, DECA, a business oriented organization that excels at giving young students in high school the opportunity to participate in mock business deals, challenging us to work with partners under limited time constraints, rules, and business prompts where I would have to best maximize and expand upon solutions to prompts so that I and my team may advance in the competition. 

I have served as a tutor my senior year of high school under the supervisor Mr. Romero, for about a year. 

My most relevant education is that I have graduated with an associates and am now currently a freshman in college enrolled at the University of Houston, although due to my credits transferring over, I should graduate college in two years from now, rather than the usual four.
