Description
We're a small close knit group needing a
BILINGUAL Office Coordinator/Dispatch Coordinator to join our Moving and Storage team. This role is split between coordinating customer service, dispatching, and office duties.

You will be the first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries, assisting management with dispatching and scheduling, and general work flow of daily office duties.

This person must be able to wear many hats and quickly learn the position.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual (fluent English/Spanish) and 1year moving or related industry experience.
  • Experience in office coordinating, customer service, dispatching, logistics, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, can quickly learn CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be articulate for speaking to upset customers and diffusing tense situations.
  • Customerfocused, strong resolution & problem solving.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and followthrough skills.
  • Must have flexibility to work some early mornings, late evenings, Saturdays as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service inquiries regarding the moving & storage.
  • Dispatching and assisting crews, monitor GPS, enter crew work hours,
  • Assist customers with claims, scheduling vendor services.
  • Confirm jobs, scheduling updates, keep customer accounts updated.
  • Additional office duties may vary according to business necessity.
$14 per hour, 2 Weeks PTO, opportunities for bonus and incentives, no other benefits

Must be articulate, well spoken, with emotional intelligence to understand and cater to the customer needs. Can you confidently meet this requirement?
