Description

Seeking experienced Movers & Helpers with leadership qualities. CDL a plus Job duties include moving large and heavy household and office furniture. We encourage a fun working atmosphere and flexible hours.

MOVERS &

HELPERS:
Experienced preferred and will be worked immediately.

Must be dependable, intelligent, professional, work safely, and move efficiently.
Efficiently prep, load, transport, unload furniture/goods to customer's satisfaction,
Use equipment, proper working technique to move furniture and boxes to/from moving truck.
Typical moving workload is either 1 house move or 2 apartment moves per day.
Professional attitude and demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Must be in good physical condition to lift heavy (100+ lbs.) and carry them up and down stairs.
Must be willing to work in the heat of the summer sometimes 812 hours on long days.

ADDITIONALLY, DRIVER/LEAD MOVER MUST:

Drive a 26foot box truck to the customer's origination & destination address.
Review/explain contract with customer, obtain signatures, develop, and execute a plan with your team, and receive payment.
Have a driver's License and Good Driving Record. 21+ years old per insurance requirements

COMPENSATION:

Hourly:
Drivers $15 - $19 hourly; Helpers $12-$15 hourly + Tips + Bonus. Starting pay depends on relevant work experience.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
