QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (fluent English/Spanish) and 1year related experience preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, CRM, etc.
  • Quick learner with initiative and flexibility to multitask and wear many hats
  • Attention to detail to resolve and follow through on all tasks
  • Efficiently work on daily duties in an expeditious and practical manner
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to diffuse customer service issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Entering payroll hours, assist with new hire files
  • Confirming jobs, updating the CRM, other jobrelated tasks
  • Assist with invoicing, keeping storage accounts up to date
  • Respond to vendors, claims, reviews, or movers' inquiries
  • Assist Management, Operation, and Sales team daily
  • Additional duties may vary according to business necessity.

OTHER

  • Rate: $13 hour
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • Background check and screening required

Pay:
From $13.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
