    About the Role:

    The Sales Enablement Content Developer collaborates with key stakeholders to create and deliver impactful content for the sales team, ensuring a consistent experience for sellers and providing necessary training resources when needed.

    What You'll Do:

    • Work with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop content supporting GTM initiatives.
    • Influence content strategy across various business pillars and GTM teams.
    • Create engaging sales enablement materials tailored for different seller roles.
    • Design visually appealing presentations, infographics, and other assets while maintaining brand consistency.
    • Incorporate multimedia elements like videos and animations to enhance learning retention.
    • Evaluate and update existing content to meet current brand standards.
    • Measure and report content effectiveness in collaboration with Content Lead.
    • Tailor content for different sales roles and segments in partnership with leadership.
    • Organize content within the LMS/CMS to ensure relevance and accuracy.

    What You'll Need:

    • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
    • 3+ years in Content Design
    • Understanding of sales process, customer lifecycles, and various sales methodologies
    • Experience in creating enablement content for cybersecurity companies
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software
    • Experience with instructional design and content management software
    • Ability to align content creation with broader enablement goals and organizational objectives
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts
    • Program and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
