- Shape content strategy across different business areas and teams.
- Create engaging enablement materials tailored to different sales roles.
- Design visually appealing presentations, infographics, and more to enhance learning.
- Enhance content with multimedia elements like videos and animations.
- Update existing content to meet brand standards and improve effectiveness.
- Evaluate content performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Tailor content for various sales roles and segments in collaboration with leadership.
- Organize content in the LMS/CMS to keep materials current.
- 2+ years experience in SaaS sales
- 3+ years in Content Design
- Knowledge of sales processes, customer lifecycles, and sales methodologies
- Experience in sales enablement content creation for cybersecurity
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Experience with content management software
- Ability to align content creation with organizational objectives
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to create scalable and efficient trainings
