    About the Role:

    The Sales Enablement Content Developer collaborates with key stakeholders to create effective content for the sales team. Working with sales, marketing, and other departments, they ensure a seamless experience for our sellers by providing essential training and sales resources.

    Below are the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this position:

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop content supporting our business strategies.
    • Shape content strategy across different business areas and teams.
    • Create engaging enablement materials tailored to different sales roles.
    • Design visually appealing presentations, infographics, and more to enhance learning.
    • Enhance content with multimedia elements like videos and animations.
    • Update existing content to meet brand standards and improve effectiveness.
    • Evaluate content performance and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Tailor content for various sales roles and segments in collaboration with leadership.
    • Organize content in the LMS/CMS to keep materials current.

    What You'll Need:

    • 2+ years experience in SaaS sales
    • 3+ years in Content Design
    • Knowledge of sales processes, customer lifecycles, and sales methodologies
    • Experience in sales enablement content creation for cybersecurity
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software
    • Familiarity with video editing software
    • Experience with content management software
    • Ability to align content creation with organizational objectives
    • Strong communication skills
    • Project management skills
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
    • Ability to create scalable and efficient trainings
