The Strategic Partner Manager will take charge of effectively communicating the value of LogicMonitor to our existing VAR Partners.

As the key player overseeing the entire partnership enablement cycle, your role is pivotal in successfully increasing the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for our company.

You will be driving net new and growth business by the enablement and expansion of VARs, leveraging your expertise in their existing book of business.

In this role, you will act as the lead contact for VAR growth and enablement.

By calling on Sales Engineering resources for technical expertise, you will ensure that partners gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and delve into the deeper technical aspects of the LogicMonitor platform.

Your ownership of this process is crucial to the overall success of our partnerships. Your accuracy in providing sales opportunity forecasts to the LogicMonitor Sales Management Team is paramount.

Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of LogicMonitor in the market.


Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • LogicMonitor is looking for a talented and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to Sell through our top performing resell Partners.
  • Through whitespace analysis, present LogicMonitor value to prospects through conversations, demos, presentations
  • Identify and build relationships across the leadership or of VARs and be able to speak their language of what means the most to them.
  • Implement LogicMonitor sales methodology / sales process so that VARs understand LM's sales cycle
  • Assist prospects progress through sales cycle by engaging necessary levels, "multithreading" and team selling (using SE, management, executive resources as necessary)
  • Identify appropriate engagement levels at partner organizations including but not limited to: Sales, Services, Engineering, etc.
  • Identify how LogicMonitor solves customer problems, and be able to tailor the solution to various specific scenarios.

What You'll Need:


  • 4+ years as Partner Manager, preferably within the SaaS space
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team and customers
  • Able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Avid learner our product and the VAR industry is always evolving and so your knowledge must be too
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Adhere to company best practices around sales forecasting and use of company's CRM solution
  • Willing to prospect into targeted accounts to help generate interest and further build sales pipeline
  • Creativity is an asset you brin
