Your Role and Responsibilities

Technology Sales - Cloud Services /Passport Advantage Consultant.


This Client facing role is the trusted advisor to - market Executives, sellers, clients, and business partners with the Passport Advantage programs, processes, and associated sales tools.

The consultant will be responsible for developing relationships, training, collateral, and deliverables to equip the sales team with knowledge and resources to make them more efficient, and ultimately improve sales execution and drive revenue.

The role requires collaboration with multiple functional areas (Sales, Quote2Cash, Legal, Finance, and Global PA operations, etc.) to prevent or resolve obstacles to revenue recognition, client satisfaction, or deal progression.

The role requires someone capable of working independently/teaming and interacting with multiple levels of sales and client organizations.

  • Travel is required
  • Bonus PPL means the Consultant will proactively jump in when needed to assist the success of the Business.
  • Cloud Services Agreement/Passport Advantage Consultants need a quick to adapt mindset, ready to take on new and exciting responsibilities as needed or requested by senior leadership.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Experience: 5 years+ former Operations, Sales, or equivalent experience.

Project Management Skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment; positive attitude; team-based mentality; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong enablement experience, Quick to adapt IBM sales processes and metrics; embraces innovation and displays a growth mindset.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Quick to become a Subject Matter Experts on the Passport Advantage Program Terms and Tools.
  • Project Managers Create, Build, Execute
  • Identify Client & Sales Obstacles then build a Project to address the issue proactively.
  • Client Facing (Asset Managers to C-Level) with excellent communication skills
  • Passport Advantage Enablement Leads for Sales, Business Partners and Clients


  • Excellent Presentation skills

  • Clients, IBM Conferences, Market GM/VP, Business Partners, and Sellers
  • Build digestible content as Client and Seller deliverables
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
