- What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop content supporting GTM initiatives.
- Shape content strategy across different business areas and GTM teams.
- Create engaging sales enablement materials customized for various seller roles.
- Design visually appealing presentations, infographics, and other assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Enhance learning experiences using multimedia elements like videos and animations.
- Update existing content to align with brand standards and enhance effectiveness.
- Track content performance and make necessary improvements in partnership with the Content Lead.
- Customize and maintain content for different sales roles and segments.
- Organize content in LMS/CMS systems to keep materials current.
- What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years in Content Design.
- Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycles, and sales methodologies.
- Experience in creating sales enablement content for cybersecurity companies.
- Proficiency in content design and creation for various learning modalities.
- Familiarity with graphic design and presentation tools.
- Experience with L&D and content management software.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies in the L&D space.
- Strong strategic thinking and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Project management abilities with a focus on timelines and deliverables.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to content creation.
