    Description


    A fortune 500 company in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for support technicians to assist with the support of a proprietary internal product.

    On a daily basis, the ideal candidate(s) will be working remotely to answer inbound calls from customers such as pharmacists, pharmacist technicians, etc.

    . Required Skills & Experience-3+ years' experience with basic troubleshooting-Some technical terminology knowledge (i.e. routers, single sign on, firewall, etc.)-3+ years of customer support experience
    • Strong salesforce background and knowledge Strong, outgoing and positive personality Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Any certifications ServiceNow knowledge Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
