- Interact with the ticketing system.
- Respond to user request to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and take the necessary course of action to resolve them.
- Track hardware inventory and software license tracking/usage.
- Develop and contribute to system documentation, installation and configuration procedures, and general system standards.
- 2-year IT degree or technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
- Experience working with PC hardware - desktop workstations, laptops, and associated peripherals such as multi-monitor setups, and docking stations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 cloud apps and services to include but not limited to Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with IP network protocols, wired, and wireless network devices will be a plus.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Independent, self-starter with strong work ethic, team player, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire for a long-term career in the field of Information Technology.

In this role you will work as part of a team of IT professionals who provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for our associates and manufacturing operations.
