    Description


    Senior Content Management Analyst at Wolters Kluwer in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description The Tax Content QA Analyst (the ' Analyst ') is responsible for testing CCH AxcessTM Tax and CCH ProSystem fx Tax ('CCH Software'), which is used by public and private accounting firms around the world.

    The Analyst must be versed in tax law, capable of providing clarification and interpretation to the development team when needed , as well as conduct tax research using various electronic tools.

    The Analyst must also be a proficient user of CCH Software. Ultimately, the Analyst is responsible for the overall quality of the tax software and ensuring the best user experience.


    Other responsibilities include:
    + Conduct product testing to ensure the software functions as designed and content is accurate and in compliance with various taxing authorities' rules and regulations + Collaborate with software developers to ensure optimal design and implementation, always being mindful of the user experience + Conduct regression testing to ensure new product implementation or other changes do not create unexpected failure elsewhere Requirements: + Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience, ideally with multiple tax return types + Minimum 2 years' experience using CCH Axcess and/or CCH ProSystem fx software + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA preferred, but not required + Proficient using MS Office suite, including MS Teams + Willingness to work an extended schedule, as required, for timely product delivery Qualifications: + Self-motivated, organized, and effective at prioritizing and multitasking to ensure deadlines and objectives are met + Strong attention to detail + Committed to providing exemplary customer service + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven team environment and work under pressure + Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a desire to learn + No software development experience is necessary EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
