    The Division of Public Health, Bureau of Environmental Health and Communicable Disease is recruiting for a Management Analyst, Senior to assist the Bureau in operational standardization, quality improvement, and process evaluation.

    This position will coordinate with the Bureau Chief and Bureau Section Managers in strategic planning, policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and process evaluation.

    The successful candidate will assist the Idaho Immunization Program, Epidemiology Section, Environmental Health Section, and Surveillance and Analytics Section in the areas of budget monitoring and tracking; contract development, monitoring, and communication; grant tracking and documentation; public record request coordination; and quality improvement projects.

    Process evaluation results will be used in a data-driven decision-making and serve as the basis for quality improvement projects.

    The responsibilities of this position will require the ability to identify, develop, and coordinate multi-disciplinary evaluation efforts, motivate teams, skillfully present complex information to an internal audience, and make recommendations for improvement.
