    Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do:
    The Project Management Analyst will support the Program Management Office (PMO) for a federal program in DHS, assisting with planning, supporting and facilitating meetings between public and private sector stakeholders, effectively develop briefing materials to be delivered at meetings, support development of stakeholder analysis to identify and consider critical stakeholder needs, and conduct research as needed to inform client leadership and team on program updates and statuses


    Duties will include:
    + Effectively develop content for weekly/monthly client and internal firm updates pertaining to the program. + Collaborate with different client stakeholders and support teams (National Labs, other subdivisions within Threat Hunting) to define and document business processes. + Actively maintain the Maestro/JIRA Kanban Boards capturing program metrics. + Develop market research/analytics on various sectors that the program is trying to gain visibility (Targeting for FY24). + Schedule and attend meetings - take detailed notes during briefings and various other discussions between federal staff and IT executives from diverse stakeholder entities. + Task/Deliverable Tracker, Number of program partners/expected partners per fiscal year, hiring status for vacant federal billets, risk management. + Develop client briefing materials highlighting specific program updates, progress, and detailed workflows for future deliverables. + Participate during strategy and planning sessions with support team and client team members regarding program initiatives. + Demonstrate public speaking skills and facilitate ideas with leadership on how to engage and improve information sharing between public and private sector stakeholders. + Assist with the continued development of the Program Management Office (PMO). + Monitor the shared mailbox and respond/track program tasks and deliverables. + Accurately maintain the Federal team's databases. + Define and manage Program and client needs through business process analysis.


    What You Will Need:
    + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust + Bachelor's Degree + ONE (1) or more years of relevant experience + Ability to prioritize complex and competing priorities

    What Would Be Nice To Have:
    + Direct experience or familiarity with the DHS + Cybersecurity experience and understanding + Use of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Maestro/JIRA + Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Applications:

    Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint + Ability to prioritize complex and competing priorities + Ability to query data and articulate results + Ability to effectively communicate with clients/stakeholders + Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively + Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner + Disciplined Work Ethic + Strong process improvement, solutioning and innovation capabilities.

    The annual salary range for this position is $65,400.00-$117, Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
