Management Analyst at Guidehouse in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Family : Management Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will support a team specializing in strategic planning, change management, resource management, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations for large-scale programs within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Day-to-day tasks include some or all of the following: + Schedule work priorities based on workforce availability, workload, and productivity analysis + Analyzes and evaluates contracting matters, including the initiation, development, and recommendations of contract types, policies, guidance and control + Serves as an advisor in procurement planning meetings + Supports acquisition planning SOW/PWS development, market research, cost estimates, and assists with evaluations + Creates and assists with the writing of requirements documents What You Will Need : + US Citizenship + Ability to obtain a Public Trust + 2+ years of relevant experience + Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, health science or closely related field What Would Be Nice To Have : + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications + Experience analyzing, documenting and improving organizational processes + Experience developing data visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik + Experience consulting for the federal government + Excellent communication skills across all levels of business in English, both written and verbal + Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships + Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish preferred The annual salary range for this position is $54,100.
