    Description


    Job Title: Management & Program Analyst
    Company: Veterans Benefits Administration in Boise, Idaho, United States


    Summary:

    • Serves as a Change Management Agent (CMA) in the Office of the Director.
    • Manages the transition of the implementation plan into operational areas.
    • Led change management activity across business lines within the Regional Office (RO).
    • Focuses on implementing changes to business processes, systems, technology, and job roles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supports the Director's Office with an emphasis on change management strategies and information security techniques.
    • Leads change management activity within the Regional Office to communicate strategic policy changes.
    • Conducts Information Security Officer (ISO) activities.
    • Coordinates and manages the implementation, maintenance, and updates of training programs.
    • Performs analytical, evaluative, and advisory work assignments to evaluate program effectiveness.
    • Produces graphs and charts to illustrate program effectiveness.
    • Performs general office duties including correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and calendar maintenance.
    • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Portrays a positive attitude towards responsibilities and contributes to the effective operation of the office.

    Work Schedule:
    Monday-Friday 07:30am-4:00pm

    Requirements:

    • Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
