    Process Steward Technology Program/Project Analyst

    This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting all product business units and horizontal support teams collectively known as Product Company (or ProdCo/ProdBU).

    We are embarking on a transformative enterprise resource planning (ERP) project to standup our; Order Management process:
    • Capture order, calculate price, process order, manage and track orders as well as backorder management.
    You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing.


    Billing and Rebates process:

    • Reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing

    Customer Returns process:

    • Covering billing revenue management, rebate management, and chargeback handling

    Logistics Management:

    • Subject matter expert of SAP end end logistics execution processes such as delivery processing, shipments, and Global Trade Management.
    You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing. Participate in logistic execution implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend SAP related best practices.


    Credit and Collections:

    • You will be responsible for reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and scripts related to configuration, testing, security, integration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing, specifically in Credit and Collections processes in SAP S/4 HANA.
    Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process excellence and aligning our systems with industry best practices. To lead and shape key aspects of this critical initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Steward with deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems. As a process steward you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our project.


    You will be responsible for:

    • Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process excellence and aligning our systems with industry best practices.
    • You will plan and lead a complex project and consistently deliver high quality results Help develop, review and approve the to be processes Keep core team and management teams well informed about project developments in a fast paced environment.
    • Lead geographically dispersed, cross functional teams Balance project scope and schedule with business needs and expectations.
    • Document, and drive resolution of project issues.
    • Identify key decision recommendations with internal and external partners.
    • Ensure business teams and partners are prepared for system and process changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer to sustaining teams.
    • Facilitate project scope changes, including business justifications and strategic road maps.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    Process Ownership:
    + Own specific processes within the OTC E2E tower, taking responsibility for their design, efficiency, and effectiveness. + Drive process standardization across the organization and actively question deviations from standard practices. + Provide insights on unique Intel requirements that can enhance strategic differentiation. 2.


    Design and Decision-Making:
    + Lead and own the design and decision-making process within your designated processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs align with business objectives and industry best practices. 3.


    Documentation and Approval:
    + Review and approve Business Process Design Documents (BPD) that outline process designs, in collaboration with L2, L3, and L4 process flows. + Provide inputs, review, and approve Solution Design Decisions to ensure alignment with business needs. + Review and approve FIT-GAP analysis, including the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) list. + Contribute to and approve data migration approaches that safeguard data integrity. + Review and approve security roles and controls for process-specific requirements. + Provide inputs and approval for analytics requirements related to your processes. + Assess and approve change impacts resulting from process modifications. 4.


    Sprint Planning:
    + Collaborate with the project team to provide inputs into Sprint plans, ensuring alignment with process goals and timelines.


    A successful candidate will have:

    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proven ability to drive process standardization and improvements.
    • Understanding of Intel's unique requirements and strategic differentiation factors is a plus.
    Role will require a minimum of 25 percent travel and, depending on location, flexible work hours. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    -3+ years' experience in order to cash process areas

    Preferred Qualifications:
    -3+ years of experience as a Process Steward or similar role within semiconductor manufacturing and ERP transformations.
    • Profound knowledge of semiconductor wafer foundry operations, OTC Billings and Rebates, and industry standards. Familiarity with the SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA. Having good hands on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD).
